1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, creating an account, or using Remii (referred to as "the Application", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Application.
2. Description of Application
Remii is a virtual assistant and automation manager. It integrates with third-party productivity applications through Composio tool sandboxes and utilizes Large Language Models (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or DeepSeek) to automate tasks.
3. Account Security and Credentials
You are solely responsible for:
Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account password, API keys, and connection details.
Protecting all API keys, access credentials, and Telegram bot tokens configured in your profile.
Any activities, tool calls, or data transmissions conducted under your account credentials.
4. Tool Execution and LLM Limitations
Remii uses Large Language Models to interpret messages and execute API actions. You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic. You are responsible for all actions taken by Remii on your behalf through connected toolkits. We represent that tool integration tasks are executed in isolated, secure sandboxes via Composio, but we are not liable for any data loss, account suspensions, or API usage fees arising from tool executions.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Application relies on OAuth and standard credentials to connect to external systems. Your use of third-party integrations (Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub, etc.) is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those services.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon publication of the updated terms. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
