We believe that your personal data should remain yours. We do not sell or monetize your private conversation history, vector memories, connected accounts, or credentials. Your data is stored securely and processed solely to run your Remii workspace.
2. Data Collected & Stored
The Application stores and processes the following data to provide its services:
Stored to maintain your conversational history and thread view.
Extracted knowledge stored in a vector memory table to give your agent persistent context.
Configuration and connection status of your active toolkits via Composio.
Your name, writing style preferences, and custom agent instructions.
3. Third-Party API Data Flows
To perform its functions, the Application transmits requests to third parties:
Text inputs are sent directly to your configured AI provider (e.g. Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic or Mistral) to generate responses.
Tool actions and authentications run through Composio toolboxes, which connects securely to your external apps (like GitHub, Slack, Gmail) using your OAuth tokens.
Your credentials and connection tokens are encrypted and transmitted securely to these endpoints.
4. Data Control & Deletion
You have complete control over your data. You can delete your instance, reset memories, or unlink tool integrations directly through the Application settings at any time.
5. Children's Privacy
The Application is designed for adult developers and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
