• —To run Remii: understand your requests and carry out tasks in your connected apps.
• —To keep your memory up to date so Remii has the context it needs.
• —To run scheduled automations you set up.
• —To process payments and enforce usage limits.
• —To keep Remii secure, prevent abuse, debug problems and understand how the product is used.
• —To email you about your account, security and product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We process your data to provide the service you asked for, with your consent (you choose which apps to connect), to meet legal obligations, and to keep Remii secure.

3. Connected Apps and Permissions

Apps connect through OAuth, a standard sign-in flow that lets you grant access without sharing your password. Connections are managed through our integration partner, Composio. Each app shows you what Remii is asking for before you approve.

• —Remii only asks for the access it needs for the features you use.
• —Remii may import relevant context when you connect an app. After that it accesses the app when you give it a task or when an automation you set up runs.
• —You can disconnect any app at any time in Remii settings or in that app’s own security settings. Disconnecting stops access immediately.

Google user data. Remii’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide the features you request. We don’t sell it, we don’t use it for advertising or to train AI models, and our people don’t read it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security or abuse investigation, or the law requires it.

4. AI Processing

Remii offers two modes, Flash and Pro. Depending on the mode, your messages and the relevant parts of your connected-app data are sent to AI model providers (for example Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or Mistral) so they can generate a response or complete your task. Remii chooses the model and provider; you don’t need to supply your own API key. We use these providers under terms that don’t allow them to train their models on this data, and we don’t train models on it either.

5. Who We Share Data With

We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run Remii, and only as much as they need:

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to protect our users or our rights, or in a merger or sale of the business. If that happens and your data would be covered by a different policy, we will tell you first.

Some of these providers process data outside India, including in the United States. We use contracts and technical safeguards for transfers where the law asks for them.

6. Security

• —Your connection tokens and credentials are encrypted.
• —Tasks run in isolated, temporary environments that are shut down when the task ends.
• —Data is encrypted in transit.
• —Only people who need access to do their job can reach production data.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the relevant authorities within the timeframes the law sets, including the incident reporting rules of CERT-In and the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Retention and Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists, so Remii can keep its context and history. You are in control of that:

• —Reset memory: deletes what Remii has remembered about you.
• —Unlink an app: stops access and removes the connection.
• —Delete your account: removes your data from our database, your vector memory and our third-party processors and storage.

We may keep limited records after deletion where the law requires it, for example payment and tax records, or for fraud prevention. Deleted data may remain in backups for a short period until they are overwritten.

8. Your Rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and other laws that apply to where you live), you can:

• —Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• —Correct or update your data.
• —Delete your data.
• —Withdraw your consent, for example by disconnecting apps.
• —Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or can’t act for yourself.
• —Complain to us, and if we don’t resolve it, to the Data Protection Board of India or the authority in your region.

Most of this you can do in Remii settings. For anything else, contact us below. We reply within 30 days.

9. Age Limit

Remii is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 is using Remii, tell us and we will delete their data.

10. Cookies and Changes

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure the site. We use Google Analytics to see how the site and app are used, such as which pages are visited and how often. You can block cookies in your browser, or use Google’s opt-out add-on, and Remii will still work.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If we add or replace a provider that handles your data in a significant way (for example a new AI model provider, payment provider or hosting service), we will update the list in “Who we share data with”. For material changes we will also tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
